Microfilm Area
The room to the left
of the entrance area contains office equipment and
the microfilm reader/scanner. Microfilm of the
Post Newspaper from 1890 to 1964 can be reviewed.
Capability to extract and print these articles is
available. A large picture of the East Stone
Gap School, donated by Jerry Fraley, covers most of
one wall and photographs of the past school
principals provide the focus for another wall.
One of the original fireplaces has been restored to
preserve the warmth and charm of the old house.
